The Israeli Response

  • There are countless testimonies and evidence for sexual violence from October 7th
    • The terrorists themselves posted videos and photos depicting rape on social media
      • “Hamas terrorists had body cameras, and they filmed their actions. They broadcast it both to the families of the victims and on social media, so the horrific footage emerged right away.” [Halperin Kaddari]
      • There are tapes of rape victims that were kidnapped to Gaza and paraded with their clothes ripped off and blood gushing from between their legs
      • There are recordings of terrorists discussing plans to rape specific girls
      • Captured Hamas terrorists confessed they had been given special orders to rape, mutilate, abuse, women and children, and record everything.
    • Survivors of the October 7th attacks provided testimonies of the sexual violence
      • Rescued rape victims gave an account of the brutal rape they endured
      • Some survivors said they saw the group rape and cut off a young Israeli woman's breasts
      • Yoni Saadon said he saw a woman surrounded by “eight or ten fighters beating and raping her” before she was shot and killed.
      • Sapir, age 24, said she witnessed the horrific attacks at Nova rave with her own eyes: “A young woman with copper-color hair, blood running down her back, pants pushed down to her knees. One man pulled her by the hair and made her bend over. Another penetrated her, Sapir said, and every time she flinched, he plunged a knife into her back.”
      • Sapir also claims another woman "was shredded into pieces." - While one terrorist raped her, she said, another pulled out a box cutter and sliced off her breast. "One continues to rape her, and the other throws her breast to someone else, and they play with it, throw it, and it falls on the road."
    • Rescue team members attested to the unimaginable sights in the warzones
      • Forensic evidence collected from the bodies of murdered Israeli girls indicated that they had been raped in such a violent manner that their legs and pelvic bones were broken
      • Some of the victims' genitals were mutilated

  • Although the evidence was clear, the world's response to October 7th was hypocritical and morally confused

      • The UN has failed to condemn or recognize the brutal rape, kidnapping, and other atrocities committed by Hamas terrorists against Israeli citizens.
      • UN Women, which is “dedicated to gender equality and the empowerment of women,” has issued no statements addressing Hamas’s sex crimes.
      • 53 Days after the attack, they published a statement saying that they “unequivocally condemn the brutal attacks by Hamas on Israel on 7 October” with no further reference, and failed to address the sexual crimes committed that day.
    • Activists have accused Israel of “colonial feminism,” ignoring Hamas’s heinous crimes
      • Groups have confessed to being slow to criticize the acts by Hamas for fear of appearing to side with Israel's retaliation in Gaza

        Conclusions

        Rape, murder, and torture, which were predominantly seen during the 11th-century Crusades, should never be presented as acts of legitimate resistance. To condemn the barbarism of Hamas is to support the existence of the enlightened and progressive western world.
